"Support from the team"
We really enjoyed the whole journey from browsing the site to when our order arrived, and we’re particularly happy with the item we picked. The blue ribbon turned out to be a fantastic selection. The quality of the ribbon is top-notch, and we couldn't be happier with the tie tack. We’ll definitely be making more purchases with you in the near future.

"COVID-19 forced us to cancel; still stuck with shipping and return fees - absurd!"
Our group had ordered some bracelets and ribbons for an event before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, but we had to call it off since all gatherings were put on hold. I ended up paying $14 to send the items back, and on top of that, I got hit with a $12 shipping fee, even though my order said shipping was free. It doesn’t matter how many times you reach out to their customer service; you get the same old story. One rep even told me that if she refunded the $26.10, which covers two of our membership fees, she’d lose her job and the company would go under. With this kind of sketchy operation, they really ought to shut down! It’s outrageous to be taking advantage of folks during a national emergency. I’m definitely not ordering from them again and will be spreading the word to our campus Student Affairs and organizations to steer clear of this company.

"Caution for International Shoppers"
Heads up, folks! As a cancer survivor from Canada, I decided to grab this pin... ended up paying $8 US for just one pin... I swallowed hard on the shipping cost for this little item, which was $13.50 US, bringing the total to $21.50 US... When UPS dropped off the package, they hit me with an extra $19.83 Canadian because the VALUE FOR DUTY they slapped on it was $39.52 US... This is just plain UNACCEPTABLE since the actual value for duty is only $8 US... A big warning to ALL international shoppers... you’re gonna fork out way more than you expect, 'cause this company OVER VALUES their stuff! On the invoice (even though they see it’s an international address AND the item’s worth is $8), there’s no heads-up about the duty you’ll owe or the inflated amount they’ve set for it... so think long and hard before you hit that order button... hope this info helps someone out there! I’ve got the photos of the invoice and customs notice, but they won’t upload; just holler if you wanna see them.

"Beware of Extra Charges"
Our package arrived with a C.O.D. of $190.00 for 'international' delivery. The shipping fee was $47.00 for ground transport from Florida to Chatham, Ontario, Canada. The website mentioned that international orders could incur duties and taxes, but seriously, 125 nylon scarves in a tiny box for that much cash? Ridiculous prices! If we send them back, we lose the $47 and have to cover the return shipping too. Folks need to watch out for this on shopping sites. This is the second time we've been hit with extra duty fees. We won't be going through this again.
